RFX8404 is a high power single-chip/single-die RFeIC (RF Front-end Integrated Circuit) optimized for high power WLAN 802.11b/g/n applications in the 2.4GHz frequency range. The RFX8404 architecture includes the PA, LNA, control logic, impedance matching, RF decoupling, harmonic filters and power detection, all into a CMOS single-chip device.
